About Legame Physio
Built on Connection
We bridge the gap between clinical expertise and genuine human connection. Our mission is to foster supportive relationships while providing physiotherapy that's evidence-based and tailored to your journey.
We help people of every age and ability move with more freedom, wherever they are; at home, in aged care, or in the community. It is our belief that good physiotherapy isn't just about the body in front of us; it's about the life that body needs to get back to.
That belief shapes everything we do, built on three simple principles:
Communication. You and your family are part of the process, not spectators to it. We provide clear updates, have honest conversations, and set goals together.
Consistency. The same provider, the same standard of care, every time.
Community. Recovery doesn't happen in isolation. From regular check-ins to group events, we build care around people, not just appointments.
Legame Physio brings the standard of care you'd expect from a clinic, to your living room, your facility, or wherever you need us.
About Brian Sanders
I started Legame Physio because traditional private practice never felt right to me. Four walls, a tight schedule, one client after another. It was clinical, and it left little room for the parts of recovery that actually matter most: trust, time, and real relationships. Taking physiotherapy out of the clinic and into people's homes and communities let me build something around connection instead of the clock - which is where the name "Legame", Italian for "bond" or "connection," comes from.
Over 8 years, I've worked across hospitals, private practice, NDIS, aged care, and sport, a breadth that's taught me people rarely need just one thing fixed. Along the way, my curiosity about the parts of pain and performance that go beyond the physical led me into strength and conditioning, breathwork, hypnotherapy, and mindset coaching. More recently, I completed a Postgraduate Professional Certificate in Pain Science and became the assessing physiotherapist for Manage Pain Australia. This is work that's sharpened how I think about chronic pain specifically, and that I still draw on across every part of what I do.
Outside the clinic, I'm training BJJ and CrossFit, and doing my best to be a present dad to two young kids, a partner, and a business owner, all while trying to stay the strongest, healthiest version of myself. I don't ask my clients to chase anything I'm not chasing myself.
If you're ready to be treated as a person, not a time slot, you're in the right place.
